We designed #ThePowerfulDay as a system to live a long and prosperous life. We had this realization that many of the leading causes of death had to do with our habituated living. Naturally, we did some research to confirm this thought. We realized this was a Philopsychonomic epidemic we need to address.
We applied econometrics to the leading causes of death to see if there was a healthier way to live. Most noteworthy, we figured out what variables, or in this case habits were essential to live long and prosper. This is exactly what econometrics does, it identifies variables to a specific problem. Typically the solution is within these variables, and econometrics then identifies which variables will lead to the desired outcome. If we focus on the identified variables, the problem will naturally solve themselves. In this case, #ThePowerfulDay identifies 7 daily habits that will help us live a healthy and sustainable life. The challenge is making the choices necessary to fulfill these habits, but this is what makes you stronger.
Why Focus On Lifestyle Habits?
Habits were the focus of designing #ThePowerfulDay for a few reasons. The first, like our habits, life is cyclical. Problems must be in our habits as there are specific habits we perform on a regular basis. The second reason was to build a system that allows us to empower the future right now. As a result, this allows us to become aware and create change over time. And lastly, the leading causes of death have to do with the lives we have habituated. Which means in order for us minimize the death rates for specific deaths we must change our way of living.

Not just to live sober, or be healthy. But to share this system with others who want to empower the world to live long and prosper.
We can develop transitional skills as we develop #ThePowerfulDay. This makes it beneficial for living this way as we develop skills that will, in turn, solidify the habit. Furthermore, these skills will also help us with situations we face throughout the day. This is because we empower our thoughts and feelings to better handle each situation to the best of our ability. Also, lifestyle habits not only bring about a way of life, but they also bring about business. Businesses that build products and services to cater to this unhealthy and unsustainable living. Which, makes it even harder for us to empower the world, but not impossible.
